The room was nice and quiet. The space has a very pleasant rooftop. The bathrooms were very good
I was a little frustrated because the reservation said it was a room for 4 people, and in the end there were 6. And, in addition, the breakfast that said was included was sliced ​​bread, butter and jam. But none of these notes were a big deal.

Everyone was nice except the owner.
CAUTION! The same thing happened to me as it did to many people here. Was put in the wrong room. Should then pay extra. It was claimed that I had booked the wrong room on my own initiative. When I refused and wanted to go into the actual room, it was supposedly occupied. Then I was kicked out of the room and threatened to throw out my things. Very aggressive tone from the owner. Everything just via WhatsApp.

It is well located, the rooms are good, the reception is very friendly and available.
When I tried to communicate to check in through booking, they never responded to me, I waited 3 days, when I was able to contact them through WhatsApp (because the phone number listed in booking only accepted calls) they treated me rudely. If you are not interested in dealing with people, you should not dedicate yourself to tourism. Just because of that mistreatment I will never return, luckily there are many other hostels in CDMX
